About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Generate leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
2. Identify and approach potential clients and business opportunities.
3. Conduct product/service presentations and sales pitches.
4. Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
5. Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.
6. Build and maintain strong client relationships.
7. Negotiate pricing, terms, and close deals.
8. Maintain and update CRM and sales pipeline records.
9. Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities.
10. Prepare sales reports, proposals, and presentations.
11. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
12. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding and delivery.

Other requirements

1. Valuable communication and negotiation skills.

5. Willingness to travel if required.

6. Fresher or 1–2 years of experience preferred.

7. Strong client-handling and follow-up skills.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹12,000 - 20,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,80,000 /year
