● Branch Operations Monitoring

● Inventory & Stock Issue Resolution

● Logistics & Delivery Coordination

● Vendor & Supplier Development

New Branch Setup & Expansion

Skills & Requirements

● ERP (Sales, Inventory and Receivables modules).

● MS Excel (Advanced) and sales performance reporting.

● Product knowledge of vehicle spare parts and brand ranges.

● Customer relationship management, negotiation and complaint handling.

● Credit assessment and receivables control.

● Leadership, team coordination and branch performance management.

● Commercial judgement, integrity and confidentiality.





Preferred Qualifications

● Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Commerce (minimum).

● MBA (Marketing or Sales Management) preferred.

● Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, including 3 years in a managerial role.

- Previous experience (UAE)in automotive, aftermarket, retail, or related industries is an advantage.
- Experience handling customer databases, lead management, and outbound sales activities.

Working conditions

● Full time, permanent position with responsibility across all branches and territories.

● Standard working hours.

● Handles confidential customer credit, pricing and margin information.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
