Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive system features that span from user interface elements to backend services. The role requires actively engaging in the creation of innovative solutions that enhance client service delivery. The engineer works within a cloud-first and agile environment, continuously exploring and applying new technologies to address complex business challenges. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and iterative development cycles are integral parts of the daily workflow, ensuring that solutions are both effective and scalable.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of system features ensuring alignment with project goals and client requirements.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance efficiency and product quality.

Skilled & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Fabric.
- Strong experience in full stack development encompassing both frontend and backend technologies.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Familiarity with cloud computing principles and agile development methodologies.
- Competence in debugging, testing, and optimizing code for performance and reliability.
- Experience in integrating various services and APIs to build cohesive solutions.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Microsoft Fabric.
