About the Role

Aviv Digital is looking for confident and enthusiastic Admission Counselors to guide prospective students and support them in choosing the right career oriented courses.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective students through calls and online inquiries.
- Understand students’ career goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up with leads and assist with the admission process.
- Support student onboarding and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
- Handle student queries and provide timely support.

Requirements

- Fresh graduates from any discipline are welcome.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Confident, positive, and eager to learn.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office; CRM knowledge is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
