Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, attendance, payroll coordination, onboarding, and HR administration for our automobile dealership in Whitefield, Bangalore.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the automobile industry, automobile dealership, car showroom, service centre, workshop, or automotive company.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day HR Operations and HR Administration.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Service, Workshop, Parts, CRM, and support departments.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, recruitment agencies, and references.
- Conduct candidate screening, interview coordination, and follow-up.
- Manage employee onboarding, induction, documentation, and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee files, HR records, and HRMS data.
- Monitor attendance, leave, absenteeism, and employee movements.
- Coordinate with payroll team for monthly payroll processing.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and HR-related issues.
- Support employee engagement and retention activities.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, SOPs, and company procedures.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and prepare HR MIS reports.
- Coordinate with department managers for manpower requirements.
- Support statutory compliance and HR documentation.
- Assist in training and development activities.

Mandatory Requirements

- Automobile Industry / Automobile Dealership experience is mandatory.




- 2–5 years of relevant HR experience.
- Experience in automobile sales, service, workshop, spare parts, or dealership operations preferred.
- Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Knowledge of attendance, payroll coordination, employee documentation, and HRMS.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong MS Excel and MS Office skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment and HR activities independently.

Educational Qualification

- MBA / PGDM – HR
- MSW / MA HR
- BBA / B.Com / Any Graduate with relevant HR experience.
