- Job Summary:We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented
- Telesales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, understanding their property requirements, promoting real estate projects, generating site visits, and converting leads into sales.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Required Skills:Education:12th Pass / Any Graduate
- Salary:₹15,000–₹25,000 per month + attractive incentives, depending on experience and company structure.
- Performance Incentives:Additional incentives based on qualified leads, site visits, and successful bookings/sales.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
- Understand customers’ requirements, budget, preferred location, and property preferences.
- Explain project details, specifications, pricing, payment plans, offers, and amenities.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into site visits.
- Follow up regularly with prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups,



and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with field sales executives for scheduled site visits.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling, site-visit, and sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with customers and maintain consistent follow-ups.
- Provide regular sales and lead-status reports to the management team.
- Excellent communication(TAMIL) and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-focused and sales-oriented approach.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Ability to work with sales targets and deadlines.
- Previous experience in real estate telesales, telecalling, or sales is an advantage.
