Responsibilities & Duties

- Develop and maintain applications using the Frappe Framework and ERPNext.

- Customize ERPNext modules based on business requirements.

- Create SOPs, user manuals, and documentation.

- Create custom apps, reports, and dashboards within ERPNext.

- Integrate third-party tools and services via APIs.

- Map business processes to ERP workflows across Sales, Purchase, Inventory, HR, etc

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.

- Identify and fix bugs or performance bottlenecks in the system.

- Participate in deployment and version control using Git.





- Write server-side scripts in Python and client-side scripts in JavaScript

- Provide support and training to end-users.

Qualifications & Skills

- 4+ years of experience in Frappe Framework and ERPNext development.

- Valuable understanding of Python, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and Jinja templates.

- Experience with MariaDB/MySQL and understanding of database schema design.

- Familiarity with REST APIs and integration of external services.

- Understanding of ERP workflows such as Accounting, HR, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, etc.

- Experience with bench, frappe commands, and custom scripts.

- Proficient in using Git for version control.

- Experience in deploying ERPNext on production servers.

- Knowledge of Docker, Nginx, and Linux server environments.

- ERPNext certification or open-source contributions

- Contribution to Frappe / ERPNext open-source projects.
