Position: Sales Manager – Commercial Project
Salary: As per Market Standards

Experience Required:

- 4–6 years of experience in commercial real estate sales, leasing, or business development.
- Experience in liaisoning with retail brands, showroom owners, and corporate clients is mandatory.
- Proven experience in acquiring national and regional brands for commercial projects.

Job Requirements:

- Strong network with retail brands, franchisees, and showroom operators.
- Experience in leasing commercial spaces to branded outlets.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to identify potential brands, generate leads, and close leasing deals.
- Positive understanding of commercial leasing agreements and documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and onboard reputed retail brands and showroom partners for the commercial project.




- Liaise with national and regional brands to secure leasing opportunities.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and site visits with prospective tenants.
- Negotiate commercial terms and finalize lease agreements.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with brands, brokers, and channel partners.
- Coordinate with the legal, marketing, and project teams to ensure smooth execution of leasing transactions.
- Achieve leasing targets and maximize occupancy of the commercial project.
