Key Responsibilities

- Drive new car sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Manage the complete sales process, from lead generation and customer engagement to vehicle delivery.
- Handle premium and luxury customer interactions with a high level of professionalism and service orientation.
- Generate and follow up on leads through CRM, digital platforms, referrals, walk-ins, and other channels.
- Conduct product presentations, vehicle demonstrations, and test drives.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable Audi models, variants, and financial solutions.
- Negotiate with customers and ensure profitable deal closures while adhering to dealership and brand policies.
- Maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective customers to generate repeat and referral business.
- Ensure accurate and timely updating of customer information, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Coordinate with Finance & Insurance, Accessories, Service, and Delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.




- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, customer feedback, and local market opportunities.
- Ensure achievement of KPIs related to enquiry conversion, test drives, bookings, retail deliveries, finance, insurance, accessories, and customer satisfaction.

Additional Responsibilities – Sales Manager

- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve assigned targets.
- Allocate leads and monitor individual team performance.
- Conduct regular sales reviews and provide performance feedback.
- Develop sales strategies to improve conversion ratios and overall dealership performance.
- Ensure adherence to Audi brand standards, dealership processes, and customer experience guidelines.
- Support the team in handling high-value customers and complex negotiations.
- Prepare and share sales performance reports with senior management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,737.62 per month
