Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience to drive new business, generate leads, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, references, and other channels.
- Understand client requirements and present relevant products/services.
- Conduct sales calls, meetings, and follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial discussions.
- Maintain robust relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Follow up consistently and convert leads into successful sales.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution after closing.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role.




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in B2B sales or service-based sales.
- Experience in digital marketing, advertising, IT, or agency sales will be an advantage.
- Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation.
