Project Manager (Construction Company)

Experience: 12-15 Years | Salary: ₹50,000 - ₹70,000 per month | Location: Agartala, Tripura / Gaya, Bihar

Role in short:

Lead and manage end-to-end execution of construction/infrastructure projects ensuring quality, timelines, cost control and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Execution: Overall responsibility for planning, execution, monitoring and handover of site projects
- Team & Vendor Management: Manage site engineers, contractors, vendors and labor. Ensure productivity and discipline
- Planning: Prepare project schedule, resource planning, BOQ, cost estimation and progress reports
- Quality & Safety: Ensure work as per drawings, specifications, safety norms and quality standards
- Client Coordination: Single point of contact for client, consultants and government authorities. Handle meetings and billing




- Budget Control: Monitor project cost, control wastage and ensure profitability

Requirements:

- Experience: 12-15 years in project management, preferably in construction, roads, infrastructure or building projects
- Qualification: B.E / B.Tech in Civil/Mechanical. PMP/Construction Management certification preferred
- Skills: Strong knowledge of contracts, billing, MIS, AutoCAD, MS Project, and site execution
- Other: Must be able to join immediately. Willing to relocate to Agartala, Tripura or Gaya, Bihar. Positive leadership and communication skills

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
