Core Expertise (Must‑Have Skills) SAP FICO (FI & CO) configuration, support, WRICES and end‑to‑end implementation SAP ECC, S/4HANA Finance (core functionalities) Financial Accounting: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting Controlling: Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Product costing, WIP, COPA Expertise in Cross Module Integration areas (Sales (Rebates) Accruals, Procurement) Financial Closing & Reconciliation processes Integration with MM, SD, and PP modules Requirement gathering, stakeholder management, and solution design Strong communication skills with ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions Strong experience across end‑to‑end business processes with deep functional understanding Solid SAP ECC expertise with mandate experience in legacy systems. Hands‑on knowledge and deep dive in WRICEF objects, Functional Specifications (FS), and requirement gathering. Technical awareness of business needs and ability to bridge functional‑technical gaps.



Proven ability to manage stakeholder communication and deliver clear documentation. Solid analytical and reconciliation skills ensuring operational excellence Additional Expertise (Valuable‑to‑Have Skills) SAP Central Finance (CFIN) Group Reporting, FSCM SAP Fiori and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Global rollout/migration project exposure Basic ABAP debugging knowledge
