Junior Engineer – Real Estate

Role: Junior Engineer

Industry: Real Estate / Construction

Experience: 2–4 years

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in supervising civil/construction activities at project sites.

Monitor work according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, and consultants.

Check quantities, materials, workmanship, and site progress.

Assist in preparing daily/weekly progress reports and documentation.

Support quality and safety inspections.

Identify site issues and coordinate with senior engineers for resolution.

Ensure work is completed within schedule and as per project requirements.

Requirements:

Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel,



and construction practices.

Positive communication and coordination skills.

Willingness to work at project sites.

Preferred: Knowledge of RCC, finishing works, quantity estimation, billing, and reading construction drawings.
