Job Summary
The Technical Lead in SAP ABAP Programming Basics will be responsible for leading and overseeing the technical aspects of projects related to SAP ABAP development. They will be tasked with providing guidance and expertise in SAP ABAP Programming Basics to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage the technical team in sap abap programming basics to achieve project objectives
2. Design, develop, and implement sap abap solutions according to project requirements
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions
4. Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of sap abap programs
5. Provide technical guidance and support to team members on sap abap best practices
6. Stay updated on the latest sap abap trends and technologies to enhance project delivery
Skill Requirements

Required Experience & Qualifications

Strong SAP technical development experience with OData, SAP Gateway and backend service enablement.

Hands-on experience with ABAP, CDS views, OData services and integration patterns.

Experience supporting Fiori backend connectivity, reusable service design and troubleshooting.

Ability to work with functional, Fiori and integration teams to deliver stable services.





Key Responsibilities

Design, build and maintain OData services, Gateway artifacts and backend service logic.

Enable Fiori and integration use cases through stable SAP technical services.

Support service testing, troubleshooting, performance tuning and production issue resolution.

Document service design, dependencies, error handling and deployment notes.

Key Deliverables

OData service designs, Gateway objects, CDS/OData artifacts and backend service documentation.

Service test evidence, troubleshooting notes and performance tuning recommendations.

UAT scripts, defect triage notes and stakeholder-ready materials.

Technical & Functional Competencies

OData, SAP Gateway, ABAP, CDS, backend services and integration debugging.

Reusable service design, Fiori backend enablement and secure integration patterns.

Technical problem solving, documentation discipline and production support readiness.
