Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end apparel production operations and achieve production targets.
- Prepare production plans and schedules based on order requirements and delivery timelines.
- Monitor production efficiency, productivity, quality, and wastage.
- Conduct time study, motion study, line balancing, capacity planning, and manpower planning.
- Monitor SAM/SMV, line efficiency, target vs. actual production, and operator productivity.
- Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Optimize manpower, machines, materials, and production resources.
- Drive process improvement, cost reduction, Lean Manufacturing, and 5S initiatives.
- Coordinate with Planning, Merchandising, Quality, Stores, and other departments.
- Ensure production meets required quality, cost, and delivery timelines.




- Prepare daily/weekly production reports and productivity dashboards.
- Lead and guide production supervisors and operators to improve efficiency.
- Develop and implement SOPs and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

- Degree/Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, Apparel Production, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in apparel/garment manufacturing.
- Robust knowledge of apparel production processes and Industrial Engineering techniques.
- Hands-on experience in line balancing, capacity planning, time study, SAM/SMV, and productivity improvement.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of Excel and production reporting.
- Ability to manage teams and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
