Objective

To support GrowValley’s growth advisory and services teams by delivering high-quality analysis, research, reporting, and presentation support.

As a Business Analyst, your role is to strengthen execution quality across advisory engagements by producing structured insights, accurate reports, and clear materials that help the organization make better decisions and deliver outcomes for our partners.

In This Role, You Will

- Conduct structured industry, market, and company research to support advisory engagements




- Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends, gaps, and actionable insights
- Support the preparation of internal and client-facing presentations and Whitepapers
- Develop charts, tables, and exhibits that clearly communicate data and insights
- Prepare and maintain recurring reports, trackers, and dashboards for projects and internal reviews
- Apply data visualisation best practices to improve clarity and decision-making
- Use AI tools for research synthesis, data analysis, summarisation, and content development
- Maintain accuracy, consistency, and quality across all deliverables
- Follow established consulting templates, methodologies, and documentation standards
- Support process documentation and contribute to improving internal workflows
- Manage and organise research materials, data sources, and working files
- Work across multiple engagements while meeting timelines and quality expectations

For This Role, You Will Need

- 3-5 years of experience in a consulting, advisory, analytics, strategy, or business analysis role
- Strong analytical and structured thinking capabilities
- Proven ability to work with data, metrics, and performance indicators
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Airtable,



and PowerPoint or Google Slides
- Strong capability in using AI tools for research, analysis, summarisation, and drafting
- Experience with documentation and collaboration tools
- Solid data visualisation and presentation development skills
- High attention to detail and quality standards
- Explicit written communication and structured articulation
- Discipline in following processes, templates, and standards
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, outcome-driven environment

Education Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Analytics, or a related discipline.Skilled experience in consulting or advisory environments is required.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
