About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with a robust background in Data Engineering and Analytics projects.

This is a techno-functional role requiring strong project management capabilities along with a solid understanding of modern data platforms. The candidate will manage multiple projects while working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end delivery of 2–3 concurrent Data & Analytics projects.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables with stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, quality standards, and budgets.
- Track progress, dependencies, risks, and proactively resolve bottlenecks.
- Coordinate across engineering, architecture, business, and data teams.
- Lead project governance, status reviews, and stakeholder meetings.




- Represent the Data Team in discussions with senior and middle management.

Required SkillsProject Management

- 10+ years of Project Management experience.
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale Data & Analytics projects.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience managing multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams.
- Strong risk, dependency, and stakeholder management skills.

Technical Expertise

- Strong understanding of Data Engineering and modern Data Platforms.
- Good knowledge of:
- SQL
- ETL/ELT Pipelines
- Data Warehousing
- Data Integration
- Data Modeling
- Data Quality Frameworks
- Hands-on understanding of Databricks and cloud-based data platforms.
- Ability to review, troubleshoot, and debug code when required.
- Recent technical involvement in Data Engineering or Analytics projects preferred.

Stakeholder Management

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience.
- Ability to confidently interact with senior leadership and business stakeholders.
- Experience leading governance meetings, status reviews, and steering committee discussions.
