We are looking for an Organic Social Media Strategist to lead content strategy, organic growth, and brand presence across social platforms.

This role is for someone who understands what makes content perform organically, how to build a robust brand voice, and how to create platform-specific ideas that drive reach, engagement, saves, shares, and community growth.

The ideal candidate should be strategic, creative, and execution-focused. You should be able to plan content, write strong hooks and captions, guide creative execution, track performance, and improve results consistently.

Responsibilities:

- Build and execute organic social media strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and other relevant platforms
- Plan monthly content calendars based on brand goals, audience insights, trends, and campaign priorities
- Create content ideas, hooks, captions, scripts, reel concepts, carousel ideas, and creative briefs
- Work closely with designers, video editors, creators, and internal teams to execute content
- Identify trends, content formats, and storytelling opportunities that fit the brand
- Track performance across reach, engagement, saves, shares, follower growth,



and content quality
- Improve organic visibility, community engagement, and brand consistency
- Bring fresh ideas for reels, campaigns, topical content, and creator-led formats
- Maintain a clear and consistent brand voice across all social platforms

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in social media, organic growth, content strategy, or brand marketing
- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, reels, short-form video, and organic content growth
- Ability to think strategically and execute hands-on
- Good writing skills for captions, hooks, scripts, and content ideas
- Experience managing content calendars and coordinating with creative teams
- Strong sense of what makes content perform organically
- Comfortable working from our Gurgaon office
- Able to join immediately or within a short notice period

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
