About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Security & Loss Prevention Manager to manage inventory accuracy, stock control, audits, and loss prevention across warehouse and operational locations. The role will involve inventory reconciliation, CCTV monitoring, discrepancy investigation, and coordination with Operations to minimize stock losses and improve process compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage inventory accuracy through stock verification, cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation.
- Monitor inward/outward stock movements, transfers, returns, and dispatches, ensuring proper system updates and documentation.
- Identify and investigate stock discrepancies, shrinkage, pilferage, theft, and process deviations.
- Monitor CCTV footage and conduct surprise checks to identify inventory-related irregularities and security breaches.
- Support investigations by reviewing evidence, preparing reports, and coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct security and process inspections, including access control and compliance checks.
- Ensure adherence to inventory SOPs, security protocols, and warehouse compliance standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory, loss prevention, audit,



and investigation MIS reports.
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Operations, Procurement, and Security teams to resolve issues and improve inventory controls.
- Identify process gaps and recommend corrective and preventive actions to reduce inventory losses.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 6 months–5 years of experience in Inventory Management, Loss Prevention, Security, Warehouse Operations, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
- Hands-on experience in inventory audits, stock reconciliation, CCTV surveillance, and incident investigation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with ERP/WMS is preferred.
- Strong analytical, observation, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced operational setting.
