Position: Medical Head

Experience Required: Minimum 15 years of experience in the hospital/healthcare sector only

Qualification: MBBS / BHMS/BAMS| MBA / MHA Preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise overall clinical and medical operations of the hospital.
- Ensure high standards of patient care, clinical quality, and safety.
- Coordinate and work closely with Consultants, RMOs, Nursing, Paramedical, Pharmacy, and other clinical departments.
- Monitor clinical protocols, policies, and compliance.
- Ensure implementation of NABH and other applicable healthcare standards.
- Review clinical performance, patient safety indicators, and departmental outcomes.
- Handle clinical escalations and support resolution of patient-related concerns.
- Conduct regular clinical meetings and performance reviews.
- Support recruitment, evaluation, and development of medical and clinical teams.




- Coordinate with Hospital Administration and Management for smooth hospital functioning.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement measures to enhance clinical efficiency and patient experience.
