Bake N Shake is looking for a professional and passionate Barista who takes pride in beverage quality, customer service and hospitality.

YOUR ROLE

- Prepare coffee, beverages, shakes and specialty drinks to standard
- Operate and maintain coffee machines and equipment
- Deliver warm, professional and consistent guest service
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and presentation
- Follow recipes, portion controls and beverage SOPs
- Support smooth counter operations during peak hours
- Maintain beverage ingredients and stock levels
- Work collaboratively with the café team

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years
Industry: Café / Hotel / Restaurant
Shift: Rotational

Preferred qualities:





- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Basic knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation
- Strong attention to quality and presentation
- Professional grooming and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced café environment
- Team-oriented and dependable
