Job Title: Sales Engineer – Metal Fabrication (Saudi Arabia)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Engineer with proven experience in the Saudi Arabian metal fabrication industry. This role is ideal for Gulf return candidates from India who possess strong technical knowledge, an established understanding of the KSA market, and a successful track record in industrial sales.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key customer accounts, and achieving sales targets across industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

● Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Saudi market.

● Promote and sell Metal Fabrication, FRP, and GRP products and solutions.

● Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry generation to order closure.

● Conduct customer visits, technical discussions, and product presentations.

● Prepare technical and commercial quotations in coordination with the estimation team.

● Review drawings and specifications using AutoCAD.

● Build strong relationships with contractors, consultants, EPC companies, and end users.

● Maintain regular follow-ups and convert opportunities into orders.

● Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.

● Achieve monthly sales targets and submit regular sales reports.

Mandatory Requirements





● Bachelor's Degree (B.Tech/B.E.) in Mechanical, Civil, Industrial, or a related Engineering discipline.

● 3–5 years of proven sales experience in the Saudi Arabian Metal Fabrication, FRP, or GRP industry.

● Gulf Return candidate (India) with hands-on experience in the Saudi market.

● Valid Saudi Driving License.

● Good understanding of AutoCAD for reading and reviewing technical drawings.

● Strong knowledge of industrial sales, project sales, and business development.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.

● Ability to work independently and deliver sales targets.
