We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecalling Executives to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our property/land promotion projects, generating leads, and following up with interested customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads.
- Explain property and land promotion projects clearly.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable project details.
- Follow up with interested customers through calls and messages.
- Maintain customer and lead information properly.
- Generate new leads and convert enquiries into potential customers.
- Coordinate with the sales team for customer appointments and site visits.




- Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Build good relationships with customers.

Requirements

- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Confident and friendly personality.
- Basic knowledge of computers and smartphones.
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Previous telecalling, sales, or real estate experience will be an advantage.
