About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and well-organized Manager to oversee day-to-day staff management and administrative operations at our bar located in Connaught Place, New Delhi.

The ideal candidate should have strong people-management skills, be comfortable working during night hours, and be capable of maintaining staff discipline, attendance, and timing records.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise all staff working at the bar.
- Maintain daily attendance records of all employees.
- Monitor staff entry and exit timings and ensure adherence to scheduled shifts.
- Maintain accurate records of late arrivals, early departures, leaves, and absences.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly attendance and staff reports.
- Coordinate staff shifts and ensure adequate staffing during operating hours.
- Monitor staff discipline, grooming, punctuality, and workplace conduct.
- Address routine staff concerns and coordinate with management for key issues.
- Ensure smooth coordination between different teams and departments.
- Maintain employee-related records and documentation.
- Monitor staff performance and report concerns to senior management.
- Assist management with recruitment, onboarding, and replacement requirements when needed.
- Ensure staff follow company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
- Handle day-to-day administrative responsibilities related to employees.
- Coordinate with management regarding staff requirements, leaves, scheduling, and attendance issues.

Eligibility & Experience

- Minimum 2 years of experience in staff management, hospitality, restaurant/bar operations, administration, HR, or a related field.
- Experience in managing a team will be preferred.
- Candidates with experience in hospitality or nightlife operations will be an added advantage.
- Must be comfortable working night shifts until approximately 12:00 AM–1:00 AM.

- Accurate and timely maintenance of attendance records.
- Staff punctuality and shift adherence.
- Effective staff coordination and discipline.
- Timely reporting of staff-related issues.
- Smooth day-to-day staff management.
- Proper maintenance of employee records.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
