ACCOUNTANT

Job Summary:
Responsible for managing the hotel’s financial records, accounting operations, daily transactions, and financial reporting while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate daily accounting records and financial transactions.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare daily revenue reports and reconcile hotel income.
- Monitor cash, credit card, bank, and payment transactions.
- Verify invoices, receipts, purchase orders, and supporting documents.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Monitor hotel expenses and identify discrepancies or unusual transactions.
- Coordinate with front office, food & beverage, purchasing, and other departments.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax requirements,



and hotel policies.
- Assist with internal and external audits.
- Maintain proper documentation and confidentiality of financial information.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in hotel or hospitality accounting is preferred.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Robust numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
