Job Description:

We are looking for a Traders Sales & Support Officer to join our team and play a key role in driving trader acquisition, lead conversion, account sales, client engagement, retention, and revenue growth.

The Traders Sales Support Officer will provide sales, client relationship, and operational support to the firm’s trading and sales functions, with a primary focus on lead conversion, trader acquisition, client engagement, account sales, retention, and revenue generation. The role will support the full trader/client journey, from initial enquiry and onboarding through account purchase, trading activity, funded-account progression, and ongoing relationship management.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Sales, Traders, Marketing, Customer Support, Risk, Compliance, and Operations teams to deliver a high-quality client experience while supporting the firm’s commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage incoming sales enquiries and leads through email, phone, live chat, and other channels.
- Communicate with prospective and existing traders and provide information on trading programs, account options, fees, rules, and promotions.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to maximize conversion and sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and lead information within the CRM.
- Support account sales, upselling, repeat purchases, and client retention activities.
- Identify potential new business opportunities and support trader acquisition initiatives.
- Assist with affiliate, IB,



and partnership relationships and follow up on generated leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with traders and prospective clients.
- Handle sales-related client queries and coordinate with Customer Support, Operations, Risk, and Trading teams when required.
- Gather client feedback and communicate recurring issues or opportunities to management.
- Monitor sales performance, lead conversion, account sales, and other relevant KPIs.
- Prepare basic sales reports and provide updates to the Sales Manager.
- Stay informed about the firm's products, trading programs, promotions, and competitor activity.
- Ensure all client communications are accurate, professional, and compliant with company policies.
- Support the Sales and Trading teams with day-to-day administrative and commercial activities.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Qualifications in Business, Finance or related field
- Good knowledge of CFD and Futures Trading
- Good Customer Services Skills

Salary and Perks:

- Attractive Salary & Commissions (Office based Hybrid roles)
- Commission only options for some remote roles

Pay: ₹11,015.89 - ₹25,000.00 per month
