The Company is one of India’s leading event management and exhibition companies, delivering large-scale government and institutional events across the country.

We are currently expanding our team for a series of government events and projects and are looking for energetic, hands-on Event Management Professionals who can independently manage both client servicing and event operations.

The Role

We are looking for all-round event professionals who are comfortable moving between the client, internal team, vendors and the event site.

This is not a purely client-servicing or coordination role. The ideal candidate should be able to understand the brief, coordinate with the client, plan the execution, manage vendors and teams, and be present on-ground to ensure flawless delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Client Servicing
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and projects.
- Understand client briefs, requirements, expectations and deliverables.
- Prepare and present event concepts, proposals, presentations and execution plans.




- Maintain regular communication with clients and ensure timely responses and updates.
- Coordinate approvals, changes and revisions throughout the project.
- Build solid working relationships with clients, including senior government and institutional stakeholders.

Event Planning & Operations
- Plan and execute events from concept through completion.
- Prepare detailed event timelines, checklists, production schedules and manpower plans.
- Coordinate with production, fabrication, AV, décor, hospitality, logistics and other vendors.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate venue-related requirements.
- Manage event setup, rehearsals and on-ground execution.
- Troubleshoot issues and take quick decisions during live events.
- Ensure that all deliverables are executed as per approved plans, timelines and quality standards.
