Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and reliable CCTV & Biometric Technician to install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV surveillance systems, biometric attendance systems, access control systems, and related security equipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Install and configure CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, monitors, and networking equipment.
- Install and maintain biometric attendance systems such as fingerprint and facial recognition devices.
- Configure access control systems, door access systems, and related security devices.
- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of CCTV and biometric systems.
- Diagnose hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
- Configure IP cameras, switches, routers, and basic networking equipment.
- Manage user enrollment and access permissions in biometric systems.
- Integrate biometric systems with attendance/payroll software when required.
- Conduct site visits for installation, inspection, and technical support.
- Maintain proper documentation of installations, equipment, and service activities.
- Coordinate with clients and explain system usage and basic troubleshooting.




- Respond to service requests and resolve technical issues within the required timeline.
- Ensure all installations are completed safely and according to technical specifications.

Required Qualifications

- ITI / Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in CCTV, biometric, access control, or security system installation.
- Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also be considered.
- Knowledge of basic computer networking is required.
- Willingness to travel to client sites when required.
