Off-Page SEO & Community Outreach Specialist

Remote - India | Chandigarh/Mohali/Panchkula preferred | Full time

Salary: Rs. 30,000/month fixed + up to Rs. 15,000/month performance incentive

We are hiring an experienced Off-Page SEO & Community Outreach Specialist to grow visibility, authority and community presence for our product in the US market. This is a performance-based role focused entirely on off-page execution.

Important: This is NOT an on-page SEO role. The role is focused on link building, outreach, Reddit, Facebook groups and other relevant online communities.

Responsibilities

· Build high-quality, relevant backlinks and off-page visibility for our product in the US market.

· Handle guest-post prospecting, outreach, relationship building and placements.

· Participate in and grow presence across Reddit, Facebook groups and relevant online communities.

· Identify opportunities through competitor backlink and community research.

· Track outreach, placements, links,



referral traffic and performance.

Requirements

· Minimum 2 years of hands-on link-building experience for the US market.

· Minimum 2 years of community marketing/outreach experience, including Reddit, Facebook groups or similar communities.

· Strong written English and professional outreach skills.

· Able to work independently and deliver measurable results.

· Experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush or similar SEO tools is preferred.

Compensation & Performance

Rs. 30,000/month fixed + up to Rs. 15,000/month performance incentive. Incentives are based on the quality and relevance of placements, successful outreach, community activity, referral/SEO impact and overall execution - not simply backlink quantity.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
