Production Planning & Coordination

- Plan and schedule production activities based on project timelines.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and production teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor daily production status and identify potential delays.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per committed schedules.

Drawing & Specification Review

- Study approved technical drawings and specifications before production.
- Clarify manufacturing details with the design team wherever required.
- Ensure production follows approved drawings and client specifications.

Vendor & Material Coordination.

- Coordinate with internal workshops and external vendors.
- Track material availability before production begins.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and outsourced components.

Project Monitoring

- Maintain production trackers for all ongoing projects.
- Share regular production updates with internal stakeholders.
- Escalate delays, technical issues, and resource constraints proactively.

Dispatch & Installation Support

- Coordinate packing and dispatch schedules.
- Ensure products are properly protected for transportation.




- Support installation teams by providing technical information when required.

Documentation

- Maintain production reports and progress trackers.
- Record quality inspection reports.
- Update project timelines and completion status.
- Maintain production documentation for future reference.

Continuous Improvement

- Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency.
- Reduce wastage and optimize manufacturing processes.
- Suggest improvements in production methods and workflow.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of furniture manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of woodworking, metal fabrication, upholstery, stone, glass, and finishing processes.
- Ability to read technical drawings.
- Excellent coordination and follow-up skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability.
- Good communication skills.
- Time management and planning.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work under deadlines.

Technical Skills

- AutoCAD
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Basic understanding of production planning tools

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
