About JP Liquor Mart

JP Liquor Mart is a premium liquor retail business in Hyderabad, focused on building a differentiated customer experience around premium spirits, wines, beers, and emerging beverage brands.

As we continue expanding our retail presence, we're looking for a Sales & Marketing Intern who is energetic, creative, commercially minded, and eager to learn how a real consumer business operates.

Role Overview

As a Sales & Marketing Intern, you will work closely with the management team across sales, marketing, brand activation, social media, customer engagement, and business development.

This is a hands-on role. You won't just be sitting at a desk—you'll get exposure to how brands are marketed, how customers make purchase decisions, how retail sales work, and how a growing business builds its brand.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

- Support day-to-day sales initiatives across JP Liquor Mart outlets.
- Assist in identifying opportunities to increase sales and customer engagement.
- Track sales performance, product movement, and promotional performance.
- Assist with customer feedback and understanding purchasing preferences.
- Support relationships with brand representatives, distributors, and partners.
- Help execute promotional campaigns and in-store activations.

Marketing & Social Media

- Assist in planning and executing Instagram and other social media campaigns.
- Create ideas for reels, posts, stories, promotions, and brand collaborations.
- Coordinate with photographers,



designers, influencers, and content creators.
- Research current trends in the liquor, hospitality, lifestyle, food & beverage, and premium consumer markets.
- Help develop creative campaigns for current product launches and seasonal promotions.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare basic reports.

Market & Competitor Research

- Research competing liquor retailers, premium brands, bars, restaurants, and lifestyle businesses.
- Track new product launches and emerging beverage trends.
- Identify interesting marketing campaigns and opportunities for JP Liquor Mart.
- Prepare simple presentations and reports for management.

Events & Brand Activations

- Assist in organizing tastings, product launches, promotional events, and customer experiences.
- Coordinate with brand partners and vendors.
- Help manage event execution from planning through completion.

Management Support

- Work directly with the management team on special projects.
- Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, reports, and marketing proposals.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure timely execution.

- Willing to travel locally when required
