Urgent opening for Solar Water Heater Technican- Solar company with Good salary, Attractive Allowances and Incentives

Location; Near Hopes, Coimbatore

Key Responsibilities

- Install and commission Solar Water Heater systems at residential and commercial sites.
- Carry out plumbing works including:
- Hot and cold water pipeline connections
- CPVC/PVC/GI/PEX pipe installation
- Pipe fitting and jointing
- Tank and inlet/outlet connections
- Pressure and leakage testing
- Handle basic electrical works related to solar water heater systems.
- Install and connect electrical components such as pumps, controllers, sensors and wiring wherever applicable.
- Conduct site inspection and identify suitable locations for installation.
- Handle rooftop installation and mounting of solar water heating equipment.
- Ensure proper alignment, pipe routing, insulation and water flow.
- Test the complete system after installation and ensure proper operation.
- Attend customer complaints and service requirements related to solar water heaters.
- Identify and rectify plumbing, electrical and installation-related issues.
- Maintain installation tools, equipment and materials properly.
- Coordinate with customers, site teams and supervisors for smooth completion of installations.
- Follow company safety standards and installation procedures.
- Complete installation reports, service reports and customer handover documentation.

Required Skills

- Good practical knowledge of plumbing and electrical works.
- Experience in water pipeline installation and fittings.
- Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, switches, pumps, sensors and controllers.
- Ability to read basic electrical/plumbing diagrams.
- Knowledge of rooftop and equipment installation.




- Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work at height and in outdoor/field conditions.
- Customer-handling and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites.

Qualification

- ITI – Plumber / Electrician preferred.
- Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical / Plumbing-related discipline is an added advantage.
- Candidates with strong practical experience in plumbing and electrical installation may also be considered.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Electrical + Plumbing experience is mandatory/preferred.
- Experience in Solar Water Heater installation will be an added advantage.
- Candidates from Solar, Plumbing, Electrical, Water Heater, HVAC or Pump installation backgrounds can apply.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Local candidates preferred.
