Watchman / Security Guard – Job Description

Position: Watchman / Security Guard
Department: Security / Administration
Location: Pongalur Infra Roofings Pvt Ltd / Infra Green, Pongalur, Tiruppur

Job Responsibilities

- Monitor and control entry and exit of employees, visitors, vehicles, and materials.
- Maintain visitor and vehicle entry/exit records.
- Conduct regular security checks of the office, factory, warehouse, and premises.
- Ensure safety and security of company property, materials, machinery, and equipment.
- Prevent unauthorized entry and immediately report suspicious activities.
- Monitor the premises during assigned shifts, including night shifts if required.
- Check gates, doors, windows, and other access points regularly.
- Support the company during emergencies, accidents, fire, or other security incidents.
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline around the security/gate area.




- Perform other security-related duties assigned by management.

Candidate Requirements

- Education: 8th / 10th Pass preferred.
- Previous security/watchman experience preferred, but freshers may also apply.
- Physically fit and responsible.
- Good observation and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Tamil is required.
- Willingness to work in shifts/night duty.
- Punctual, disciplined, and trustworthy.

Pay: ₹8,857.19 - ₹14,000.00 per month
