Job Summary
The Senior Test Lead will be responsible for leading and overseeing the software testing process. The role involves managing test plans, strategies, and resources to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. Proficiency in Software Testing, Jira, and Python is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop, implement, and maintain test strategies and plans for software testing projects
2. Lead and mentor a team of software testers to execute test cases and report defects
3. Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure test coverage and timely delivery of quality software
4. Utilize jira for defect tracking and project management
5. Automate test cases using python scripting for efficient and effective testing
6. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in software testing

Provide regular status updates to stakeholders on test progress and quality metrics
Skill Requirements
1. Solid experience in software testing methodologies and processes
2. Proficiency in using jira for defect tracking and project management
3. Handson experience with test automation using python
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
5. Strong communication and leadership abilities to effectively lead a testing team
6. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
Other Requirements
1.ISTQB Certified Tester or similar certification is preferred
