A CAD Manager in the real estate sector is responsible for managing CAD drawings, design documentation, layouts, and coordination between architects, engineers, consultants, and project teams.

Key responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain all CAD drawings for real estate projects.
- Prepare, review, and update architectural, civil, MEP, and layout drawings.
- Establish CAD standards, templates, and documentation processes.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, engineers, and external consultants.
- Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of drawings and revisions.
- Maintain drawing records, version control, and project documentation.
- Lead and guide CAD designers/draftsmen.
- Support project planning and execution through technical drawings.

Preferred profile: Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field, with solid AutoCAD knowledge and experience managing drawings and teams in real estate.

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
