Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and capable HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations and recruitment for India and GCC locations. The ideal candidate should have 4–5 years of relevant experience specifically in an HR Manager role and strong hands-on experience in recruitment, employee lifecycle management, HR operations, statutory compliance, employee relations, payroll coordination, and HR policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end HR operations and recruitment for India and GCC locations.
- Lead recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
- Handle manpower planning and workforce requirements.
- Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and final settlements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Indian and GCC labour laws.
- Manage GCC visa processing, work permits, residency renewals, and employee documentation.
- Handle statutory compliance including PF, ESI, Gratuity, GOSI, GPSSA, PASI, WPS, and EOSB.
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies, SOPs, and processes.
- Manage employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace issues.
- Drive performance management, employee engagement, and employee retention initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HR records, HRIS, personnel files, and employee documentation.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, MIS, and workforce analytics.
- Coordinate with government authorities, consultants, vendors, and external agencies.
- Monitor manpower requirements and support workforce planning.
- Support HR strategy, organizational development, and continuous process improvements.
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination between employees and management.




- Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.

Required Experience

- 4–5 years of experience specifically in an HR Manager role.
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end HR operations.
- Strong experience in recruitment and manpower planning.
- Hands-on experience in employee relations and HR administration.
- Experience in statutory compliance and payroll coordination.
- GCC HR experience will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with only HR Executive/HR Generalist experience without HR Manager-level responsibility may not be considered.

Qualification

- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent HR qualification.
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.

Required Skills

- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and processes.
- Good understanding of Indian statutory compliance.
- Knowledge of GCC HR practices and labour regulations.
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good analytical and HR reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Excel and HRMS/HRIS.
- Ability to manage multiple HR activities independently.
- Strong confidentiality and professional ethics.

Preferred Candidate Profile

We are looking for a hands-on HR Manager who can independently manage HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and workforce requirements. Candidates with India + GCC HR exposure will be preferred.

Salary: ₹5–8 LPA
