Job Responsibilities :

- Drive and manage daily operations of the international BPO web sales team.

- Turn client expectations into consistent ROI through strategic execution.

- Mentor, guide, and lead teams to achieve performance targets.

- Ensure timely service delivery and keep projects on track.

- Conduct regular operational audits on assignments and web sales activities.

- Implement effective supervision and performance management mechanisms.

- Manage commercial aspects of web sales, ensuring profitability and quality.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve outcomes.

Qualifications:

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Sales background).





- Minimum 3 years of experience in Web Sales Operations as an Operations Manager.

- Strong knowledge of international BPO workflows and web sales strategies.

- Hands-on experience in sales and marketing of websites.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.

- Should be process-oriented with a solid understanding of service delivery models.
