Working Days: Monday to Friday; second Saturday off. Other Saturdays work from home. During events and exhibitions, work schedule will be as required.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Sr. Manager – Sales & Marketing to join our print and online advertising team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets through strategic media sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Persuade clients to buy advertising space across print and online platforms.
- Identify decision-makers controlling advertising budgets and reach out effectively.
- Present the advantages of our media offerings using readership statistics and insights.
- Negotiate pricing and packages to close deals successfully.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.




- Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for client acquisition and retention.
- Attend relevant events and exhibitions and work according to event schedules when required.

Skills & Requirements:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in media sales, preferably in B2B magazines.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and persuasive abilities.
- Confidence, outgoing personality, and strong relationship-building skills.
- Patience, diplomacy, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Comfortable working with numbers and analyzing sales data.
- Candidates must be based in Delhi/NCR.
