Job Summary

Drive a loaded sales van along an assigned route, sell FMCG products directly to retail outlets, collect payments and maintain accurate stock reconciliation. Ensure product availability, outlet coverage and daily sales targets while maintaining product quality during transportation.

Key Responsibilities

- Load the van with correct SKUs and quantities according to the daily route plan.
- Drive the assigned route and visit 40–60 retail outlets per day.
- Sell products directly from van stock to retail outlets at listed prices.
- Collect cash or UPI payments and issue accurate receipts.
- Maintain the van stock register, reconcile sold and remaining stock, and return unsold goods correctly.




- Execute promotional schemes and in-store visibility activities as directed.
- Report daily sales, collections and outlet-level market feedback.
- Identify new retail outlets and onboard them as directed by the supervisor.

Requirements

- 10th / 12th qualification.
- 0–3 years of experience in van sales, route sales or FMCG sales.
- Valid LMV driving licence mandatory.
- Experience or ability in cash handling and reconciliation.
- Basic stock accounting and inventory handling skills.
- Retail outlet handling and route sales knowledge.
- Tamil communication skills.
- Ability to handle loading and unloading activities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,300.00 per month
