Project Manager 10+ yrs Exp , Kochi

Seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in construction project management, solid leadership skills, and the ability to deliver projects within scope, budget, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Team Management: Lead, manage, and coordinate the efforts of project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders. Budget Management: Monitor project expenses and ensure cost-effective execution within the approved budget.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all construction activities comply with quality standards, safety protocols, and relevant regulations.
- Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Problem Solving: Identify potential risks or delays and implement effective strategies to mitigate them.
- Documentation:



Maintain comprehensive records of project progress, changes, and final reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in construction project management, preferably in high-rise residential or commercial projects.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and a solid understanding of construction methodologies. Leadership: Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Certifications (preferred): PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent.

- Salary Range – Upto 50,000/-
