About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Creator who can develop engaging, high-quality content for our social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of social media trends, storytelling, and content creation.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging content for Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos, Reels, Stories, and other social media content.
- Develop creative concepts, scripts, hooks, and captions for content.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, formats, memes, and viral content.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to execute content ideas.
- Create content that aligns with the brand's tone, identity, and marketing goals.
- Participate in photoshoots, video shoots, and product-related content creation.
- Monitor content performance and suggest ideas for improvement.
- Maintain a consistent content calendar and ensure timely delivery.
- Experiment with new content formats and creative ideas to increase engagement and reach.

Requirements





- 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram Reels, Stories, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form content.
- Good communication and storytelling skills.
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, or similar software.
- Creative mindset with an eye for trends and visual presentation.
- Comfortable appearing on camera when required.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with D2C, FMCG, food, health, or lifestyle brands.
- Understanding of social media analytics and content performance.
- Basic photography and videography skills.
- Ability to write engaging scripts and captions.
