> Job Summary

> We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced QA Tester with strong expertise in

> the Motor Insurance domain.

> The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with

> insurance platforms such as GC, Bancs, or HealthBuzz, along with a solid

> understanding of software testing methodologies and the software development

> lifecycle.

> The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of

> insurance applications through effective test planning, execution, and defect

> management.

>

> Key Responsibilities

> Perform functional, integration, regression, and system testing for Motor

> Insurance applications.

> Analyze business and functional requirements to create comprehensive test

> scenarios and test cases.

> Execute manual test cases and validate application functionality against

> business requirements.

> Identify, log, track, and verify defects using defect management tools.

> Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to resolve

> issues and ensure product quality.

> Participate in requirement reviews, test planning,



and test execution activities.

> Ensure adherence to Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) processes and quality

> standards.

> Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production validation when

> required.

> Prepare and maintain test documentation, execution reports, and defect

> metrics.

> Required Skills & Qualifications

> Strong experience in the Motor Insurance domain.

> Hands-on experience with at least one of the following insurance platforms:

> o GC

> o Bancs

> o HealthBuzz

> Good understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software

> Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

> Experience in writing, reviewing, and executing test cases.

> Hands-on experience in defect reporting, tracking, and validation.

> Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

> Excellent verbal and written communication skills

> Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile or Waterfall development workplace.

> Preferred Qualifications

> Experience with test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira, Azure

> DevOps, or ALM.

> Knowledge of SQL for data validation is an added advantage.

> Experience working in Agile/Scrum projects is preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹58,000.00 per month
