About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Food and Beverage (F&B;) Manager to assist the Director in the daily operations of Any Time Fish. As a rapidly expanding cloud kitchen brand, we need a strong leader to oversee all our outlets, ensuring seamless kitchen operations, proper stock maintenance, and efficient administrative functioning. You will be the crucial link between the kitchen staff, management, and overall brand operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct Assistance: Work closely with and report directly to the Director, executing strategic decisions and providing daily operational updates.
- Outlet Supervision: Oversee daily operations across multiple cloud kitchen locations (including Jadavpur and Esplanade), ensuring brand standards, food quality, and hygiene protocols are strictly met.
- Stock & Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain stock levels across all outlets. Ensure accurate daily consumption tracking to prevent shortages and minimize wastage.
- Administration: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks,



including staff scheduling, attendance tracking, and maintaining compliance records.
- Process Optimization: Implement and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve kitchen efficiency and order dispatch times.
- Coordination: Coordinate with the Purchase Manager and kitchen staff to ensure seamless supply chain and production workflows.

Requirements:

- Proven experience (3-5 years) as an F&B; Manager, Operations Manager, or similar role within the restaurant, hospitality, or cloud kitchen industry.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Excellent leadership abilities to manage and motivate kitchen and support staff across multiple locations.
- Proficiency in inventory management and basic reporting (MS Excel/software tools).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
