Assistant Project Manager (Interior Porjects) , 1-3 yrs exp , Coimbatore / Thrissur / Kannur

Role: Assistant Project Manager
Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience: 1- 3 Years

Job Location : Kannur / Thrissur / Coimbatore

Key Responsibilities

Study work orders, drawings, dispatch schedules, and logistics plans
Conduct site measurements and oversee furnishing layouts
Mark electrical, plumbing, and gas points accurately
Assign and brief installation teams effectively
Coordinate with sub-contractors based on site requirements
Verify materials received from the factory against work orders
Track and update site progress to Zonal Managers
Maintain solid client relationships and provide regular updates
Manage work schedules and ensure timely completion
Conduct regular site inspections
Handle partial and final payment collections
Ensure smooth project handover, including client satisfaction reports & reviews

Salary: 20000-30000 + Allowance + HRA
