We are looking for a confident, well-spoken and customer-focused Sales Executive for our retail showroom in Lajpat Nagar.

The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in retail, showroom, fashion, textile or fabric sales.

Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
- Recommend suitable products based on customer needs.
- Explain product features, quality and pricing.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop customer relationships and generate repeat business.
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries and purchases.
- Maintain product displays and showroom presentation.
- Coordinate with the sales team and management.
- Maintain records of enquiries and sales.
- Handle customer concerns professionally.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.

Requirements





- Minimum 2 years of sales experience is required.
- Excellent spoken English and good Hindi communication.
- Confident, presentable and professional personality.
- Strong customer-handling and convincing skills.
- Positive and target-oriented approach.
- Retail / showroom / fashion / textile / fabric sales experience preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.
- Candidates available to join at short notice are preferred.
