About Adhya

Adhya is a women's ethnic wear store in Dehradun. We sell sarees, suits, lehengas, and fabrics. We have two stores and are now growing online too. We are looking for someone to manage our main store and help us grow our customer base.

What You Will Do

- Open and manage the store every day
- Help customers find the right product — sarees, suits, lehengas, fabrics
- Handle billing using our billing software (we will train you)
- Count cash at the end of the day and keep it matched with bills
- Call existing customers when new stock arrives or during festive season
- Reach out to current customers by phone to bring them to the store
- Keep stock records updated and alert us when something is running low

Who We Are Looking For

- Someone who has worked in a shop or dealt with customers before




- Comfortable talking to people — in person and on the phone
- Speaks English and Hindi well
- Honest with cash and inventory
- Can manage the store on their own without needing to be told everything
- Lives in Dehradun or nearby

If you have worked in a clothing store before, that is a big plus.

What We Offer

- ₹1,50,000 per year + performance bonus
