Position: Customer Relations Executive

The Customer Relations Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring smooth coordination of orders, documentation, dispatches, deliveries, and customer requirements.

Role Description

- Manage day-to-day communication with clients, including inquiries, order updates, delivery schedules, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate commercial documentation including Quotations, PI, Packing Lists, reports, and related customer/order documents, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Production, Warehouse, Dispatch, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Track orders, inspections, dispatches, vehicle movements, and deliveries and provide timely updates to clients.
- Maintain updated customer records, order trackers, dispatch reports, and operational data using Excel, Word, email, and company systems.
- Follow up on pending payments, contracts, documents, approvals, and other client-related requirements as assigned.
- Identify potential operational issues proactively and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely resolution without repeated follow-ups.
- Regularly follow up on submitted quotations to obtain feedback and convert them into confirmed orders.

Reporting & Accountability

- Report directly to the designated Senior Management / Reporting Manager and provide regular updates on assigned activities.
- Take complete ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely completion without repeated follow-ups.




- Immediately report any delay, error, customer complaint, or operational issue to the reporting authority.
- Follow management instructions, company processes, and timelines with discipline, transparency, and accountability.

Qualification & Skills

- Education: Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: 3-5 Years of Experience in similar fields.
- Computer Skills: Good & Advance working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheet, Word, PowerPoint, Email, and other office applications.
- Reporting: Ability to prepare accurate, well-structured, and professionally presented reports.
- AI Skills: Familiarity with AI tools such atleast ChatGPT for drafting, data analysis, report preparation, research, and improving work efficiency.
- Communication: Bengali, English & Hindi communication and qualified email-writing skills.
- Typing & Data Management: Good typing speed with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience: Experience in Customer Relations, Sales Coordination, Order Processing, Commercial Documentation, or Logistics will be preferred.
- Follow-up Skills: Strong ability to follow up with clients on quotations, orders, payments, dispatches, and other pending matters.
- Personal Attributes: Proactive, organized, disciplined, responsible, and capable of working independently with clear reporting and accountability.
