Job Summary

French Loaf is looking for an experienced and customer-friendly Team Member to join our team in Kolkata. The candidate will be responsible for customer service, product handling, billing support, cleanliness, and day-to-day outlet operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Take customer orders and assist with billing.
- Serve bakery products, snacks, and beverages.
- Arrange and display products properly.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the outlet.
- Check product freshness and quality.
- Refill products and maintain proper product display.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs.
- Support the team in smooth daily outlet operations.
- Maintain proper grooming and uniform standards.

Requirements





- Minimum 10th or 12th qualification.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in bakery, QSR, retail, food service, or a similar industry.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Candidates with bakery or QSR experience will be preferred.
