Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor's in Human Resources Management

Experience: 5–6 years of HR experience in retail

Salary: 45K - 50K Per Month

Job Description:

Manage end-to-end HR operations for the showroom.

Handle recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning.

Manage attendance, leave, payroll, and employee records.

Ensure proper HR policies and statutory compliance.

Handle employee performance, discipline, and grievances.

Coordinate training and employee development programs.

Monitor employee engagement and maintain a positive work environment.

Prepare and maintain HR MIS and reports.

Coordinate with management for manpower requirements and HR initiatives.

Support smooth HR operations across the showroom.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
