Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Area Sales Manager to manage sales activities, develop customer relationships, and achieve business targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and achieve sales targets for the assigned area.
- Develop new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and other clients.
- Manage and guide the sales team in the assigned territory.
- Regularly visit customers and key accounts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Ensure timely collection/payment follow-up from customers.




- Train and motivate team members to improve sales performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.
- Expand the company's presence and business in the assigned territory.

Requirements:

- Graduate/MBA in Sales or Marketing preferred.
- 3–6 years of relevant sales experience.
- Experience in diagnostics, healthcare, pharma, or medical industry will be an advantage.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.

Salary: As per industry standards + incentives.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
